Bought a 2017 Honda Accord in May for 16k and by June multiple lights came on the dash. The oil life only lasts like 2 months. I was told that the brakes had recently been changed but that wasn't true either. True example of a lemon.
Called in and spoke with the manager Rafael and even though the signs say that they are a buy here pay here he said that they are not doing that because the owner does not want to do buy here pay here any more, and started yelling at me over the phone and laughed and hanged up on me because I asked him why was he yelling at me. What a joke of a place and what a joke of managemnent.
Horrible Experience. Sold me a camry and 4 months later transmission’s dead and so is the hybrid battery. Definitely calling BBB.

I bought a pristine, white BMW 5 Series on 7/13/21. The interior was the best I seen compared to other surrounding dealers. Andrew and Carlos were very professional and attentive, although I wanted the process to go quickly, I noticed the left headlight was out and the team worked out a solution for me to get the headlight sent to my new out of state home with covered supply and labor cost. Rafael the store manger was very supportive and facilitated the resolution. I was happy to leave with the car the same day without having to come back for a repair. Been driving the car for a week and a half with no problems. I received several compliments!

Amazing place and very family friendly. I had my 3 year old son with me today while looking at vehicles and he was all over the place with excitement and they didn't get annoyed or anything. They talked with him and shown excitement with him as well. When doing the paperwork part they was awesome as well. I recommend them. Thanks Angel and Rafael for your help and especially making it an enjoyable experience not just for me but also for my son! I love my purchase!
